Ali Hmoud, ESQ.

Ali Hmoud is an Associate in our San Diego, California office. His practice focuses on representing clients in a broad range of workplace law matters including wage and hour, PAGA, class action, FEHA, employee benefits, equal pay, and medical leave and disability accommodations. In addition, Ali assists employers of all sizes in numerous industries with new hire documents, onboarding process, the development and maintenance of personnel policies and procedures, discrimination and harassment and other workplace requirements and related litigation.

Ali earned his law degree from the Boston University School of Law in 2023. He previously earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from The Ohio State University. While in law school, he held an internship at CME Group, Inc. in Chicago, Illinois, where he performed significant legal research.
