As a member of the management team, Christina is a seasoned professional responsible for NFC’s strategic human resources initiatives.  Supporting the culture of the Firm through on-going development of its employees and processes, Christina has both a big picture role and day to day accountabilities ranging from recruitment to performance management and employee engagement to professional development.  Leveraging a background spanning more than a decade, Christina utilizes a variety of wide-ranging management tactics to track personnel issues and identify solutions for those issues, ensuring both the team members’ and Firm’s needs and goals are being concurrently met.
