Ola A. Nunez is a dedicated and passionate client advocate whose employment law practice extends beyond a decade and includes substantial experience providing advice and counseling on a litany of general employment matters.  As a trusted advisor and partner to in-house counsel, human resources professionals, and senior management, Ola provides legal advice on time-sensitive workplace issues, including leave of absence, disability, separation, drug testing and performance management issues. She also audits and drafts employment handbooks and policies, in addition to successfully facilitating workplace audits and training to ensure businesses and organizations are in compliance with best employment practices. Further, Ola’s practice encompasses conducting workplace investigations involving sensitive employment-related issues.

Prior to joining NFC, Ola was also a dexterous litigator, having exclusively represented management on employment matters arising under state and federal law including, but not limited to, discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblower, retaliation, and FMLA issues for more than a decade. Leveraging this experience, Ola provides insightful legal advice and counseling to clients with the goal of mitigating risk and resolving liability concerns.
