CHATHAM, NJ (October 1, 2020) – Nukk-Freeman & Cerra, PC (NFC), a top-ranked Employment Law Firm representing management, announced today their expansion to the West Coast with the introduction of new office operations based out of San Diego, California. NFC’s West Coast office will be led by prominent employment law attorney, Stacy L. Fode. Ms. Fode is the former managing partner of Brown Law Group, a highly respected employment law boutique based in San Diego.

Her tenure spans more than 20 years representing business clients in all aspects of employment law. She has been a leader representing clients in the energy, financial, insurance, retail, automotive, telecommunications, hospitality, and technology industries.

Ms. Fode received her J.D. from the University of Oregon, School of Law where she was a Dean’s Scholarship award winner, and her B.A. in Law and Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
