SAN DIEGO: Employment law firm Nukk-Freeman & Cerra, PC (NFC) is proud to welcome attorney Haley A. Murphy to the firm, effective December 12, 2023.

Murphy represents employers in a diverse range of employment litigation matters and counsels clients on a variety of employment-related issues. Her experience includes representing employers in court, arbitration, and mediation. While working, she earned her law degree from California Western School of Law with a concentration in Employment and Labor Law, where she served as the President of the Employment and Labor Law Society, and Vice President of the Women’s Law Caucus.

“Haley is a fantastic attorney, and a rising star. I was so impressed by Haley’s work ethic and tenacity in putting herself through law school while working and having a family. Haley’s real world work experience allows her to offer practical, business-oriented advice to employers,” said Stacy Fode, Managing Partner for NFC’s West Coast office. “She is a great addition to NFC’s growing California team.” Prior to earning a Juris Doctor degree, Murphy earned a Bachelor of Science degree Cum Laude in Business Management from California State University San Marcos. She is already an active part of San Diego’s legal community and is a member of the California Lawyers Association, California Women Lawyers, the Federal Bar Association, San Diego Chapter, Lawyers Club of San Diego, and the San Diego County Bar Association.  Murphy is an elected member of the San Diego County Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section.
