SAN DIEGO: Employment law firm Nukk-Freeman & Cerra, PC (NFC) is proud to welcome attorney Haley A. Murphy to the firm, effective December 12, 2023.
Murphy represents employers in a diverse range of employment litigation matters and counsels clients on a variety of employment-related issues. Her experience includes representing employers in court, arbitration, and mediation. While working, she earned her law degree from California Western School of Law with a concentration in Employment and Labor Law, where she served as the President of the Employment and Labor Law Society, and Vice President of the Women’s Law Caucus.

She is already an active part of San Diego’s legal community and is a member of the California Lawyers Association, California Women Lawyers, the Federal Bar Association, San Diego Chapter, Lawyers Club of San Diego, and the San Diego County Bar Association. Murphy is an elected member of the San Diego County Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section.
