Jennifer Casazza Carter represents businesses on the management side of employment law, concentrating her practice on contracts, restrictive covenant, non-solicitation, and unfair completion claims throughout all stages of litigation.  Jennifer defends employers in state and federal court, before administrative agencies, and has litigated claims arising under the federal and state employment laws of New Jersey and New York, and various wage and hour statutes.  Additionally, she conducts workplace investigations and advises clients on disciplinary investigations and complaints.  Jennifer also handles an array of traditional employment matters, including workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
