Marcheta R. Ball, the Firm’s Director of Litigation Support Services, brings more than 25 years of law firm experience and a proven track record of operational excellence. In her role, she leads firm-wide litigation and legal support services, driving innovation, efficiency, and technology-based solutions to elevate NFC’s delivery of exceptional client service.

Marcheta oversees a dedicated client service team of more than 15 paralegals and administrative professionals. Her extensive expertise spans every stage of the litigation process, including trial, arbitration, hearing, deposition, and mediation support, as well as witness and exhibit preparation, expert coordination, and third-party vendor management.

As a valued member of the leadership team, Marcheta plays an integral role in advancing NFC’s core and client service values – the guiding principles that define, shape, and propel the Firm’s strategic goals and client-focused initiatives.
