Natalie P. Bryans is a distinguished employment law attorney whose practice is dedicated to representing employers in complex litigation and administrative matters. Natalie routinely represents clients throughout all stages of litigation in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes. In addition to her representations in state and federal courts, Natalie has defended claims brought before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California Civil Rights Department, and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission.
Beyond her role as a litigator and trial attorney, Natalie regularly advises clients on a broad range of labor and employment issues, including employment contracts, workplace investigations, employee handbooks, and compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws. She has also provided insightful counsel on emerging labor and employment issues such as employer-mandated vaccination policies and remote work arrangements.
Natalie earned her law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she was a member of the Ohio State Law Journal. During law school, Natalie gained valuable public sector experience while interning for a federal magistrate judge at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and clerking for a prosecutor’s office near her hometown of Cincinnati.
When not advocating for her clients, Natalie enjoys practicing yoga, watching Ohio State football, spending time with her niece, and cooking for her friends and family.
