Workplace Investigations

EXPERIENCED.
IMPARTIAL. THOROUGH.

An experienced, impartial, and thorough investigation not only makes for a more fair and equitable workplace, but it can also reduce the likelihood of litigation and significantly limit an employer’s liability if litigation does arise.

At NFC, our Investigations Practice Group offers a robust suite of services to supplement or enhance your company’s workplace investigations capabilities. Our vast experience spans across industries for both publicly and privately-held organizations, handling a wide range of issues, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, bullying, whistleblowing, financial misconduct, and code of conduct and policy violations.

The Investigations Practice Group’s suite of services includes:

  • Third-Party Investigations.
NFC’s highly skilled and experienced investigators conduct privileged and non-privileged investigations for clients, handling every aspect of the investigation process with the utmost skill and care. Members of NFC’s Investigations Practice Group have collectively conducted hundreds of independent investigations as third-party investigators, including high-level and sensitive investigations for Fortune 100 companies and smaller employers.
  • Investigation Policies, Procedures, and Documentation.
