Alysha Bhatia, ESQ.

Alysha Bhatia focuses her practice on labor and employment law, representing and advising employers on a range of workplace matters and employment disputes. She counsels clients on day-to-day workplace and compliance issues and helps employers develop practical approaches to managing risk and navigating evolving federal and state employment laws.

Alysha manages employment litigation matters through all stages of a dispute, including conducting factual investigations and witness interviews, assessing liability and damages issues, managing discovery, and drafting motions, including motions to compel and motions for summary judgment. She also advises employers on workplace policies and employee handbooks and reviews Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policies for compliance with current federal and state requirements. In addition, she authors articles providing employers with practical guidance on developments in employment law.

Alysha earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis, School of Law. When she’s not practicing law, Alysha enjoys traveling and discovering new food, swimming, reading fiction, and listening to autobiographical audiobooks. She also has a keen interest in interior design and is an avid fan of reality television.
