Joseph K. Lin is an associate in Nukk-Freeman & Cerra, P.C.’s San Francisco office, where he focuses his practice on representing and advising employers in all areas of California and federal employment law. He works directly with in-house counsel and human resources professionals across a wide range of industries to develop practical strategies for managing and resolving employment disputes.

Joseph represents clients in state and federal courts, mediation, arbitration, and before administrative agencies, and is involved in all stages of single-plaintiff litigation matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and other related claims.

Joseph earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings College of the Law), and was selected as a National Employment Law Council (NELC) Academy Fellow.
