Lisa Besson Geraghty, ESQ.

Of Counsel

Lisa Geraghty is a seasoned trial attorney who focuses her practice on the litigation of a wide range of workplace matters, including wrongful discharge (LAD, CEPA, FMLA), breach of contract, restrictive covenant enforcement, and unfair competition claims. She has extensive experience defending management against complex and high exposure causes of action involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistle-blowing, and wage-hour violations. Lisa has successfully litigated class action and multiparty matters in state and federal court, including ethical issues of first impression involving class action settlements. Additionally, she routinely appears before administrative tribunals as well as alternate dispute resolution forums (FINRA and AAA arbitrations). With decades of commercial and employment litigation experience, she has the requisite sophistication to skillfully draft, negotiate, and enforce, executive employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, confidentiality agreements, and separation agreements.

Further, Lisa provides advice and training involving compliance, ethics, conflicts, wrongful discharge, wage theft-claims, ERISA and E-Discovery. She has conducted internal and third-party investigations involving an array of employment law issues including investigations related to wrongful death claims and workplace security claims.

Lisa is regularly commended by clients for understanding their business needs while aggressively litigating their legal issues and providing comprehensive employment related counseling and guidance.
