In prior roles, Martha has been responsible for evaluating documentation, preparing comprehensive evaluations and position letters, and managing disputes. Additionally, she has developed expertise in preparing demand letters, complaints, motions, discovery, and mediation briefs for various types of legal matters.
Having honed a versatile skill set, Martha now focuses on labor and employment law, bringing a practical and solution-driven approach to client representation. Martha received her Juris Doctor with concentrations in Civil Litigation and Business and Corporate Law, from University of San Diego School of Law and her undergraduate degree from San Diego State University. During her time in law school, Martha was a member of the Women’s Law Caucus and Chair of the Pro Bono Legal Advocates, the Conservatorship Clinic, and the Homeowners Clinic.
