Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer and a member of NFC’s executive leadership team, Mimi Grossman plays a central role in shaping the Firm’s strategic direction and translating its business priorities into action. Working closely with Firm leadership, she leads strategic and business planning initiatives that strengthen financial performance, support sustainable growth, and align the Firm’s resources with its long-term goals.

Mimi oversees the Firm’s Human Resources, Operations, Finance, Information Technology, and Facilities functions across its offices. Her responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, revenue-cycle management, workforce planning, technology strategy, operational risk management, and facilities planning.

A Certified Legal Manager with extensive law firm and corporate experience, Mimi brings a practical, data-informed approach to executive decision-making. Since joining NFC in 2012, she has been instrumental in strengthening the Firm’s business operations, modernizing its systems, and building scalable processes that position NFC for continued success.
