Nana J. Yee focuses her practice on labor and employment litigation and counseling for Southern California employers of diverse sizes and industries, including Fortune 500 companies. Her specific areas of expertise include helping employers navigate federal, state and local laws pertaining to discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination claims, as well as wage and hour claims and PAGA actions.

Nana regularly counsels clients on legal compliance and best practices in all areas of labor and employment law and commercial matters, including providing counsel on workplace investigations, employment and separation agreements, layoffs, reductions in force, and general employment practices and policies. In addition to counseling, Nana is a trusted advisor representing clients in state and federal court before administrative agencies and in arbitration proceedings as well as representing management in negotiating and informally resolving pre-litigation and litigation matters directly between parties and/or via early mediation.
