Reema L. Chandnani, ESQ.

Reema Chandnani has experience in all areas of employment law. Reema has handled matters pending before State and Federal adjudicative bodies regarding claims under NJLAD, CEPA, ADA, and FMLA. Her experience also extends to the representation of clients on discrimination matters pending before administrative agencies, including the Division of Civil Rights and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Further, Reema has counseled public and private employers by providing legal advice and guidance on personnel matters, operational activities, and on the full spectrum of issues relating to compliance with statutes and regulations, including OPRA, FMLA, and FLSA.

Reema received her bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from Rutgers University in 2016. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School in 2019. During her time in law school, Reema was a Member of the Rutgers University Law Review and also acted as a judicial intern to the Honorable Michael A. Hammer, U.S.M.J., United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. After law school, Reema clerked for the Honorable Garry S. Rothstadt, J.A.D., New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.

Previous to joining NFC, Reema practiced at Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck, LLP in Hackensack, NJ, where she co-authored an article entitled, “Confidentiality Agreements, Trade Secrets and Working From Home.”
