Associate, Whitney H. Lazo, focuses her practice on management-side employment and labor litigation representing employers in a wide array of employment matters such as hostile work environment and harassment and discrimination on the basis of sex, race, disability, age, pregnancy, religion, and national origin. She defends employers in state and federal court, and before various administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Department of Labor.

Whitney received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Maryland where she majored in Government and Politics and minored in History in 2017. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2021. After law school, Whitney clerked for the Honorable Thomas C. Miller, A.J.S.C. and the Honorable Kevin M. Shanahan, A.J.S.C. at the Somerset County Superior Court.

Before joining NFC, Whitney practiced at Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst, & Dukas, LLP in New Brunswick, NJ and was a Summer Associate at Levine, Furman & Rubin, LLC in East Brunswick, NJ.
