Zachary Brower is an accomplished employment law attorney with expertise in both litigation and transactional matters. He specializes in drafting mediation statements, pleadings, and motion briefs for employment law cases. With in-depth knowledge of key employment regulations, including the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), New Jersey Temporary Workers’ Fairness Act, and the WARN Act, Zachary provides strategic counsel to clients on a variety of employment-related issues.
In addition to his litigation work, Zachary conducts thorough pre-litigation investigations, counsels clients on employment policies and procedures, and drafts important transactional documents, such as confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. With a strong focus on delivering effective and comprehensive legal solutions, Zachary is committed to helping clients navigate complex employment challenges with confidence.
Zachary received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, his Master of Arts from Montclair State University, and his undergraduate degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey. During his time in law school, he was the Symposium Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review and interned for a justice at the New Jersey Supreme Court and a federal circuit judge at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. After law school, Zachary clerked for the Honorable Patrick DeAlmeida, J.A.D., New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
