The Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division released the required notification poster for the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) that will soon need to be posted in many workplaces across the country. All employers with fewer than 500 employees should post this in a “conspicuous place” in your office(s) and distribute to all employees working remotely on or before April 1, 2020.
