SAN DIEGO (March 25, 2025): Employment law firm Nukk-Freeman & Cerra, PC (NFC) is proud to welcome attorney Martha Klak to the firm’s growing West Coast office, effective March 24, 2025.

Klak has considerable experience handling complex legal matters across multiple areas of law and has a strong background in general civil litigation. She will be working with the NFC team primarily on class action and PAGA matters. In previous roles, Klak has been responsible for evaluating documentation, preparing comprehensive evaluations and position letters, and managing disputes. Additionally, Klak has developed expertise in preparing demand letters, complaints, motions, discovery, and mediation briefs in various types of legal matters. Her strong background in evaluating legal issues, preparing key legal documents, and advocating on behalf of clients, has enabled her to successfully represent clients in various matters since earning her law degree in 2023.

Klak earned her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and previously earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from San Diego State University. During law school, Klak served as a Certified Legal Intern for the University of San Diego Civil Clinic, and as a Law Clerk for a prominent San Diego-based personal injury firm.
