NUKK-FREEMAN & CERRA WELCOMES ATTORNEY NATALIE P. BRYANS TO WEST COAST OFFICE

SAN DIEGO (August 29, 2024): Employment law firm Nukk-Freeman & Cerra, PC (NFC) is proud to welcome attorney Natalie P. Bryans to the firm’s West Coast office, effective August 20, 2024.

Ms. Bryans represents employers in complex litigation related to various employment issues, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour disputes. In addition to representing clients in state and federal courts, Ms. Bryans has defended claims brought before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California Civil Rights Department, and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission. Beyond her role as a litigator, Ms. Bryans regularly advises clients on a broad range of labor and employment issues, including employment contracts, workplace investigations, employee handbooks, and compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.

Ms. Bryans earned her law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she was a member of the Ohio State Law Journal. During law school, Ms. Bryans also served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Kimberly A. Jolson U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. She previously earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University in International Studies. Ms. Bryans is licensed to practice law in both California and Ohio.
