The NELC Academy provides advanced skills training and mentoring for minority employment defense lawyers who have less than four years of experience practicing management-side labor and employment law.  Providing exposure to its national network of experienced minority labor and employment attorneys, NELC’s purpose is to encourage mentoring relationships, promote the benefits of NELC to future eligible attorneys and create a pipeline for future NELC leaders.
